This is really bad form I know, but I couldn't find an email for you (Rob) so...
In a 9/19/08 comment on a blog item on charter schools (http://yglesias.thinkprogress.org/archives/2008/09/the_case_for_charter_schools.php), you wrote "In Chicago, there are several cases where charter schools are allowed to reject students who do not meet pre-set goals for academics and behavior." Can you point me to some citations of such? I am writing something up on charters, and I have not been able to find anything specific about charters rejecting students (though I have suspected that that is the case.)
